$225/55 minutes $450/110 minutes

NOTE: I am not a therapist who will just sit back and listen to you. I am very interactive, directive and involved in the sessions. I will work with you to evaluate exactly what is keeping you stuck and outline steps for each of you to take in order to change. What I tell you might be difficult to hear at times, but it is necessary for you to make lasting change in your life. Some people have been through 3, 4 or even 5 other therapists before they come to me.
The Couples Experience Starting out, 90% Couples begin with an intensive session - a half day ($900) or one full day ($1,800). Intensives are psycho-educational. RLT requests from couples to agree to 4 months weekly meetings; study the RLT modality (books, audio and recommended assignments), practice the relational guidelines, tools and skills for 4 months on a consistent basis… By and large we’ve seen positive improvement in the relationship if both partners apply themselves to these teachings. There is certainly no guarantee as every situation is different, but I can usually help couples make a lot of progress in 8 long sessions. Once couples are on the right track they often choose to continue meeting, but can space out the sessions even more. Working with couples for longer sessions has been incredibly helpful. Most professionals try to work with couples in the usual 50 minute sessions every week. I have had extensive training and experience in couples relational skills and know that working with couples is much different than working with individuals. For that reason I work a minimum 100 minute session. The longer session is universal in the RLI world. (we will take a 15 minute break every 90 minutes)
